By accessing and using influ.codes, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
influ.codes is a platform that connects influencers with shoppers through discount codes and affiliate links. Influencers can create profiles and share their discount codes, while shoppers can discover and use these codes to support their favorite creators.
We offer three types of accounts: Shopper (USER), Influencer (INFLUENCER), and Admin (ADMIN). Each account type has different permissions and features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Influencers must ensure that all discount codes and affiliate links they share are accurate, valid, and properly authorized by the respective brands.
Influencers retain ownership of their profile content but grant influ.codes a license to display and distribute this content on the platform.
Free tier accounts are limited to 2 active codes. Pro subscriptions (monthly or annual) provide unlimited codes, analytics, and additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe and are subject to their terms of service.
Users must not: (a) violate any laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) share false or misleading information; (d) engage in spam or abusive behavior; (e) attempt to compromise the security of the platform; (f) scrape or automated data collection without permission.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of discount codes or the performance of affiliate programs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, influ.codes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
